Our Outreach Ministry coordinates activities and holds several donation drives throughout the year to give back to the NYC community as well as the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St. Michael’s Saturday Kitchen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Interested in volunteering for St. Michael’s weekly meal and grocery program? This wonderful service has been serving the local community for over 40 years. Please click here for information and to sign up.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unity\u2019s Outreach has worked with several community organizations over the years, such as New York Cares, Volunteers of America, Food Bank NY, Hearts of Gold, God\u2019s Love We Deliver, WGirls, and the ASPCA, who really make a difference by \u201cpaying it forward\u201d. Participating with these organizations, Unity of New York congregants have contributed toys, coats, prom dresses, pet supplies, canned goods, umbrellas, backpacks, cell phones, mothers & their children, and thousands of dollars to help others in our community and throughout the world. We even helped rebuild a school in Haiti! Of course, it\u2019s wonderful to come to a Celebration Service on Sunday and feel inspired to transform our own lives, but it\u2019s even more powerful to help in the transformation of others\u2019 lives \u2013 even when you\u2019ll most likely never have the chance to meet them in person. Knowing that you\u2019ve made a difference in someone\u2019s life is one of the BEST FEELINGS EVER!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
